PREGNANCY & POST NATAL MASSAGE
Pregnancy massage is conducted in a side lying position. It is designed to alleviate discomfort, tightness, pain, reduce fluid retention, reduce stress and improve circulation.
Postnatal massage can be done as early as one week post delivery, depending on the nature of the birth. It focuses on recovery after childbirth, easing muscle tension to promote relaxation, reduce fluid retention and swelling, and helping the body regain flexibility.

BRAZILIAN LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE/ MADEROTHERAPY
Maderotherapy, also known as wood therapy, is a therapeutic technique that uses specially crafted wooden tools for body contouring.
It stimulates body’s lymphatic system, reduce cellulite, promote circulation and eliminate toxins.
This massage is specifically designed for body sculpting and contouring by targeting areas of fluid retention and muscle tension.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a massage technique that does not include tools. It encourages the flow of lymph fluid to help reduce swelling, improve circulation and detoxify the body.
It is particularly beneficial for post-operative recovery, as it helps reduce swelling and promotes healing, and for individuals with lymphedema, as it assists in managing fluid retention and improving lymphatic function.

FAT CAVITATION FOR BODY SCULPTING
The body sculpting process is completely pain free. It combines fat cavitation with RF (Radiofrequency) skin tightening or RF vaccuum therapy for thighs.
Fat cavitation breaks down stubborn fat cells, RF tightens and firms the skin, and vacuum therapy tones and breaks down stubborn cellulite whilst tightening.
Overall this procedure promotes a smoother, more sculpted appearance.
